This is a beautiful transition-era, Old European and single-cut diamond ring.

The soul of this ring lies in its Old European and Single Cut diamonds, hand-carved by artisans over a century ago.
The Physics of Dispersion: Unlike modern Round Brilliants designed for "brilliance" (white light return), these stones feature a smaller table and a higher crown.
The Spectral Shift: This specific geometry maximizes Dispersion—the scientific process of splitting white light into its spectral rainbow "Fire."
The Artisanship: These diamonds were engineered to perform in low-intensity light (candlelight), creating a deep, prismatic flash that modern machine-cut diamonds cannot replicate.

The H-I Curation: Whilst many antique diamonds from this era carry a warm tint, this is a fact-checked, matched cluster in the crisp H-I (Near Colourless) range.
The Transition Metals: Crafted in 18ct Yellow Gold with an 18ct White Gold head. This represents the birth of white gold as a high-fashion metal (commercialised c. 1915), providing a factual "circa" timeline for the piece.
